•           Developed loan programs for the Company to originate for private investors

•           Recruited more loan officers than the other 31 branches combined 

•           Served on the Mergers & Acquisitions Committee for the company

1997-2007 First Residential Mortgage – CEO 

•           Grew to over 70 employees

•           Closed an average of 1800 loans per year

•           Developed a portfolio loan program for Intersavings Bank largely impacting the banks  
              growth to a billion-dollar bank resulting in national recognition

•           Underwriting authority for MHFA Loans with Inter Savings Bank 

•           #1 Lender in the State for 1st Buyers

•           #1 Lender in the State for Households of color

•           #1 Lender in the state for MHFA over 30% of their total business

•           My best year in personal loan origination 383 loans
